BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard

ISO 45001:2018 Health and Safety Standard

We actively monitor and assess our business practices whilst ensuring the welfare of our employees, this extends to the occupational health and safety of our customers when we visit or carry out installations at their premises. Western Hygiene maintains and improves our reputation by being accredited to the globally recognised ISO 45001:2018 Health and Safety Standard.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management
Our ISO 14001:2015 certification demonstrates our framework and commitment to an environmental policy, plan and actions. We have in place an effective environmental management system based on ISO 14001 which provides us with a roadmap to manage environmental issues effectively by prevention and identification of areas for cost savings in energy consumption, raw material usage and waste disposal.
Waste Management (Packaging) Regulations W.18.4.73 Standard
Western Hygiene has been registered in accordance with the provisions of article 13(1) of the European Union (Packaging) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 282 of 2014). Our Waste Management ensures that we are compliant with regulations governing waste disposal by recycling bottles, cardboards, engine oil, pallets, paper, plastics and waste. We recycle batteries through WEEE including any materials deemed as waste associated with our business.
